Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. I called and talked to George. He answered all my questions. gave me a quote and took his time with me. Driving a luxury car I am use to having shops and dealerships charging outrageous amounts for work and products. George changed all that. He was honest and even gave me a better deal than the best possible price I could find. He then ordered my tires for me and had them the same day. When it came to the work. they were very detailed and true experts. The work was flawless. Very friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 more stars as they are a cut above the rest.
