Don't sign anything before you can get the car checked out, if not make sure you get the Contract Cancellation if not they will want you to pay $1,300 for a restocking fee. All of my paperwork was not even completed but they wanted me to pay this all in cash , so I had to agree to them replacing the brakes and tires. Days later I had a flat on the "new" tire, so if you are looking for reliable transportation this is not the place. The cars may look nice, and the test drive may go well, but you may end up driving off with no brakes (%5) and no tread on the tires, dispite how nice, and clean the appear to look. Double check the contract before signing they added money on the cost of the car listed, and it did not come with everything listed.

Just having a couple of customers a day helped him pay the bills and his recently purchased home. In 1992 his amount of customers grew and was able to open his official licensed auto repair facility in the city of Hawthorne CA, for the next 5 years the businesses boomed from one bay to a 3 bay, 1500 square foot facility, not having enough room he was forced to move to a 2500 square shop in Inglewood, CA. Ten years later he moved to 1129 S. La Brea. Inglewood CA. with 10,000 square foot lot and 4 employees Universal Auto Service still offers great prices and an awesome customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They quoted one price once i brought my car to do the job out no where i was ask to pay a biGGer amount?. So i paid keep in mind will never recomend this place never the less go back. Do not know how to put your car back together!!!!!!
