Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. I have been going to USAC for almost fifteen years now for all of air conditioning and compressor repairs, etc. Actually anything to do with my heating or air conditioning I bring my car in to them. Over the past years they have worked on all of my automobiles. I am always satisfied with the workmanship, the short amount of time it always to fix the issue and the follow up they care about, also. It's very rare in southern CA to find mechanics, etc. to take such pride in their work as USAC does. They are not over priced either. I have found them to be quite reasonable especially when it comes to air conditioning parts, etc. The owners are pleasant, communicative and honest people. The price they give you is the price you'll pay. And you'll have your car fixed in less than a day! I highly recommend USAC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs for your automobile. First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.
