I am visiting San Diego and get into my car, and the driver side window clunks into the driver side door! What?!?! I know nothing bout auto repair - where to go? what's close? A different auto repair shop referred me to this one, and boy, and I glad he did. Chuck was amazing - calming, assuring, kind, and informative. Told me he could certainly fix the window, sent me an incredibly fair estimate, and because I was working Monday - Friday on Coronado and he isn't open in Saturdays he had one of his employees drive to get my car, take it to the shop where they repaired it the next day and returned it. Have you EVER had service like that from an auto repair business?! I was totally knocked out and so appreciative of Chuck's kindness. I'm here for another month and a half, and I hope I don't need additional work on my car, but you can rest assured if I do, C&V Automotive is where I would take it. Thank you Chuck and Miguel!
