I am new to the area so I relied on Yelp and Google ratings to help me find Hank's Tire. It's an "old school" place - been in business since the 50's and it is second generation family owned - a gem of a find. They educated me, didn't pressure me and made me and my car much happier. The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.

I have been going to USAC for almost fifteen years now for all of air conditioning and compressor repairs, etc. Actually anything to do with my heating or air conditioning I bring my car in to them. Over the past years they have worked on all of my automobiles. I am always satisfied with the workmanship, the short amount of time it always to fix the issue and the follow up they care about, also. It's very rare in southern CA to find mechanics, etc. to take such pride in their work as USAC does. They are not over priced either. I have found them to be quite reasonable especially when it comes to air conditioning parts, etc. The owners are pleasant, communicative and honest people. The price they give you is the price you'll pay. And you'll have your car fixed in less than a day! I highly recommend USAC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs for your automobile. I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I drive back and forth between Northern and Southern California quite a bit. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.
