Where do I begin? Holy smokes - what an experience. This is the worst experience ever. Too bad you can't give ZERO stars and/or negative numbers. All you need to do is ask Lou (the guy I've been dealing with since day 1). I have a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My car was sent there by Infinity. This is the insurance used by the other party who hit my car. My car suffered rear bumper damage among other damages. Lesson learned - you can take your car to any body shop you desire. Don't be fooled into believing this is not true. I'm not saying I was fooled into believing this but many believe it. My car was there almost an entire week. Needless to say, I returned the rental and I went to pick up my car because I was told it was repaired and ready. The first thing I noticed was the display for the rear view camera was not correct. I pointed this out to Lou and I agreed to stay a bit so they can attempt to resolve the issue. My first question - did anyone perform some kind of QA on the car before calling me? Since then, I've taken my car back multiple times (on my own time and no rental). I have been very patient and I have given Sharp Image many opportunities to correct the MANY problems I have discovered and the problems they created. What started out to be a $XXXX.XX estimate has now almost doubled and escalating. They have replaced the camera, the trunk lid and a couple of pieces which they broke when attempting to repair my car AFTER I was told my car was completely repaired. They repaired one of the pieces with a piece of a cable tie/strap! My trunk doesn't close properly now. The inside paneling of the trunk would not hold in place since the accident so Sharp Image decided that in order to repair the paneling they would insert 2 screws to hold them in place. Yes, Sharp Image "repaired" the paneling issue by screwing them into the trunk. So now, I have 2 screws/holes inside my trunk. Some might say, there just 2 screws but the fact of the matter is it's my car and I want it repaired properly. The final straw for me was when I was told I had to take the car to the dealer for the camera issue. I informed Sharp Image that since the trunk lid was replaced that there are MANY imperfections in addition to the aforementioned details above. For example, the rear end brake lights are part of the lid but the right side compared to the left side has gaps and just didn't look correct. I informed Lou about this and I asked if anyone looks at the post-work installation? His response was yes they do and that parts can only be put on one way. Huh? I understand they only go one on way but the fact that there are MANY imperfections doesn't that raise a red flag? He then told me after my visit with the dealer to bring back the car AGAIN so he can look at the imperfections. I humored Lou and told him I would take it to the dealer. Do you think Sharp Image has called me for an update and/or any kind of follow up? The answer is no... So I thought maybe it was me, right? Maybe I'm just being difficult and nitpicking. I called Infinity and voiced my concerns and displeasure. I told them I was going somewhere else and took it to a Ford dealer. I showed the service guy (not the body shop guy) the imperfections and his reaction were priceless. He shook his head and could not believe the "repairs" performed by Sharp Image. He then looked at the camera issue and shook his head some more. I wonder if they thought I wouldn't check their work/repairs. Obviously, something is broke with their process. How does ALL of this go unnoticed? Why did I have to point this out to them? So as of 05/13/14, Ford has my car and is repairing my car properly. I have NEVER written a positive/negative review for anything in my life but I had no choice but to do my first review. I can go on about this experience some more but it gives me a headache just thinking about it. I read the positive testimonials on their website and just laugh. I wonder why they don't post these types of testimonials. Again, I thought maybe it was just me but before taking it to the dealer I showed all the imperfections to many people for their reaction/input. Results were all the same. They all shook their heads and they were in disbelief. You can show someone in high school my car and they can point out all the problems within seconds. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

First time customer here. I was recommended by a friend and since I have absolutely no clue on the everything car except how to drive them I was a little apprehensive. I initially was prepared to spend around $150 - $200 for new brakes. Shortly after dropping my car off I received a call letting me know that my brakes were fine and instead I only needed to replace a small part. SAY WHAT?!? Needless to say, I also decided to get my oil change. Everything came to around $60! Fantastic service! No BS. I definitely recommend them!

one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!
