Great guys! I had originally gone to Wal-mart auto care, thinking my battery was dying. Wal-mart said it was my alternator so I called Oldes to see if there was any chance they could help me same day. They told me to come by and they would try. They tested my car right away when I arrived and determined it was the battery, just as I'd thought. The guy who had stopped by on his day off went to get the right battery for my car and they had me back on the road in very little time at all. Not only were they one of the very few places open in that area on a Saturday afternoon, but they were helpful and friendly.

Today, September 27th, 2017, I went to CTM Auto repair and the owner Bill Blackwell did a great job identifying and correcting the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this auto repair establishment.

Called these guys when I broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I was traveling for work with my twins.I called these guys and they saved the day! He said he would be there in an hour and a half. He was right on time! He started reasearching the problem from the least expensive problem to the most and eliminating eachas he went all the while explaining what he was doing and why. He was very aware not to get the inside of my Lincoln dirty. He had us up and going in an hour. The total for traveling to me, labor, and fixing it was a 1/3 of what Firestone wanted to charge just to diagnose the problem. They were a life saver! Even called a couple hours later to make sure thungs were still working ok. Offered to drive out to my jobsite if I had anymore problems. I would recommend these gentelmen to everyone.

My husband and I are pleased to endorse this repair shop. They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future.
