Went to Sterling Carwash and Detail Center at Monaco and Leetsdale today 07/13/2017. Pulled up behind a car that was being vacuumed since there wasn't a worker in the vacant bay. Lady pulls up into the vacant bay. Told the "Manager" that I was there quite a while before the other car and could I please go next. "Sorry" he says you should have pulled up into the empty bay. I left. He says "have a nice day". You've got to be kidding me. This kind of stupidly cost the car wash my business and all others I will talk to about my experience. THERE TRUELY IS NO CURE FOR STUPIDITY.!

This shop really took care of me! The service was great and the labor rates were much more affordable than the dealership and other repair shops. They saved me hundreds off from a large repair. In addition, they took me to work.

Over the course of the last ten years, I have had many bad expierences with detail shops. I've had the pleasure on July 28th of using Premier Auto Detailing, I was extremely satisfied with their customer service as well as their final product.
