First, it took almost two hours to get my oil changed. Before they brought my car out they provided me with a list of issues that my car needed fixed, the biggest and most expensive being a new time belt. I was told the timing belt was cracking (I was priced an amount higher than the value of my car). I waited to get any repairs so I could get a second opinion and over night my car started leaking oil. I took it in to another shop that fixed the oil leak and they told me that the cover over the time belt did not look like it had been touched in a while and when they took it off to look, there was no cracking on the belt. Not only did Aspen auto lie to me, they extremely over priced me on repairs and created more issues with my car. I will never go here again.

The service we received at Automaster was excellent. Rick and his staff were speedy and thorough and reasonably priced. They seem very honest and fair. We sure don't enjoy having problems with our cars, but it sure is great to work with someone we can trust! Jon Smith

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Most of us don't have a full range mechanic on call. You really should write down this contact. Your car is going to have a problem, perhaps major, and you will will find yourself floundering and knowing what to do. I have found the answer. Urban Autocare in Littleton is the best. You will be treated with fairness and courtesy. They understand this this problem is a big deal for the customer and take it seriously. From the start, communication is timely and easy to understand. The repairs are perfect and they go beyond to take care of you. (I had a loose piece on the front bumper that they saw and fixed up for me.) Easy to talk with and always available to provide info.
