I trusted them to keep the BMW up and running and they did not disappoint. Worked around the corner and they would lend me car when I needed it. Never did find that pinhole leak somewhere in my air-conditioning system of my 325 but that is someone else’s problem now. I’m going through my Mazda CX-5 phase. I got a put a plug-in for Mazda, I’m really enjoying this. The bottom line is I trusted them and they did fine by me and that’s the most important thing is the trust.

I was pleased to pick up my Volvo XC90 from Autoimports of Denver with new rear brakes and rotors. However, I was informed that the squeaks coming from the brakes was mostly from the rear wheels and therefore I only replaced the rear set. Money is tight so I wasn’t very enthusiastic to pay 1k for front and rear. This turned out to be kinda a waste of my time and money because there is still a loud squeak every time I hit the brakes. I know I didn’t replace the fronts so I knew there would still be rare squeaks but after driving the car for a week the squeak sounds exactly the same and maybe even a little bit worse.

They did an excellent job of getting my brake, door lock and other car issues figured out, and my car is driving very tight and smooth now. I have actually been taking my BMW X3 here for several years, and they have done a great job each time and have great customer service.

Audi Repair
So all of the sudden my 2009 Audi A3 decided it didn't want to start so I had it towed to Audi Denver on Broadway. After some time analyzing my car an Audi technician came up to me and said that my instrument cluster (my cars brain) had decided to just stop working out of the blue. He said it was "completely random" and that "sometimes the cluster just dies like when your phone just stops working out of the blue". What?? He then said it would be 1100$ to replace it and that they were the only people who could fix it. I said BS then called Chris at Auto Imports. Within five minutes of looking at my car he had it running... I was like, "what? How?" Then Chris said your key fob was deactivated by your phone when you keep them in the same pocket so I set the car alarm off to reactivate it. Chris is THE man. Saved me 1100$ and gained my trust and lifelong business. Hes done my brakes since and I'm about to take my car down to get a positive battery cable replaced. These guys are incredible. Thanks again Chris.
