Patricia is always bubbly and eager to help. Ed is quiet (opposites attract), but an absolutely outstanding mechanic. He is a master at his trade and does it right the first time. I also had Ed work on my 2004 Alero, which was slowly dying. He replaced three tie ends and replaced the alternator. The car ran like it was brand new. You will never be disappointed to go to Baxter's Automotive. They are the BEST at what they do. Christine Parker

Mobile Auto Repair, Colorado Springs

I called and set up an appointment Friday the 15th and was told by Blake, that they would be over Saturday at 10. Saturday 10 am rolled around and no call no show. I called at 10:15 to see if my directions were bad and Jeff told me that he sent a text (I never received any) and that they had been called to an emergency on I-25. He said that they would be over by 12. 12 rolled around and again they were a no show, no call. At 1:50 I sent a text, no response. I called at like 3:30-4 and the number had been disconnected (or I was blocked). I didn't ask for a miracle, didn't ask for anything but them to swing by to help diagnose a no start issue. However, common decency like a phone call to let someone know you are running late or can't make the appointment would be the right thing to do. One simple phone call and some honesty like "I over booked myself, or this repair is taking longer than expected" would have prevented a nasty review and someone having the impression that they were lied to. Obviously this is a great example of how to NOT run a business. Then out of the blue today (Sunday) I get a text that says "On the way" at 12:48. Well it's now 2:40 and no further info and again a no show. I can't give a 0 star rating or I would. I can't recommend them as you don't have any idea if they will show up and help you fix the issue. No I would not recommend them, and if you try them you might think twice about the quality of the repair/work. I read the previous reviews and made my decision to call based on them. Obviously my experience is no where near good.

Rusty is a thief!! I paid him to replace my timing belt and he didn't even turn a bolt. Luckily the water pump that he supposedly replaced started leaking and I figured out the timing belt wasn't done before it was too late. No telling how many times he's screwed me over the years. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Normally I would not give such a bad review, but after discussions with Mondino, I had to write one. Here's the deal... I took my Ferrari to Mondino based on recommendation. I needed the belts and hoses done, and dropped the car off with them. They did the work, and most things were done well, BUT, the job required that the top end be resealed, which included the distributors. I relocated to Oregon, and trailered the car. I put the car in storage for 6 months, while I was overseas in support of defense efforts, and when I returned I took the car for a drive. I drove less than 200 miles, and when I got home i noticed oil under the car. I took the car to the Ferrari dealer / service in Portland for a new clutch and to repair the oil leak. After they took the car apart, they showed me that the oil seals were replaced with inferior aftermarket seals, which caused the leak. Now, Mondino has a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty, which I understand, but when they put inferior parts in the car, causing nearly a $1000 repair for work they had done, I believe it renders their warranty policy invalid. I have contacted them twice, and they refuse to reimburse me for the faulty service that had to be repaired, and tell me I need to bring the car back to them to fix it.

about 1 month ago i took my car to george at full throttle because there was a growling noise under the hood,I was told that it was the power steering pump i paid to have the pump changed and my car was still making the noise, george the owner said to drive the car to see if the noise gets worse so i drove it for about a week and the noise became worse so i took the car back,a pulley had broke and it was to the alternator i paid to have the alternator replaced, the noise went away but the car was making a chirping sound like there was a bunch of birds under the hood,we also noticed that the trunk and gas door would not open,we took the car a 1997 caddilac seville sls to another mechanic and low and behold he discovered the damage that full throttle had done,we have replaced 3 belts on the engine and they all keep shredding,i had the tenisioner replaced also after going to full throttle i have spent 390.00 in parts and labor and the mechanic is still trying to figure out what other damage was done. This is the second incident i have had with george and his fake mechanicsI had a ford expedition that i took there to have the brakes changed my family and i sat in that dank bussiness for 2 hours waiting for the job to be done they never changed my brake pads i went to another place tp have my brakes done about 3 weeks later only to be shown my old brake pads were never changed. beware of this place they are ripping people off and should be closed down they ruined my car and its costing me over 1200.00 that i dont have in repairs
