Brake repair service near Glenwood, CO

I needed a new flex pipe welded into my exhaust on my small car, and swung by to see if they could take care of it. I explained that I only had 45 minutes and could come back the next day if that wasn't enough time. They said they could get it done quickly. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a new (quiet!) flex pipe in my exhaust. That was over 6 months ago and the weld is still in great shape so I know they didn't just do a quick sloppy job. These guys were friendly, professional, and gave 110% fantastic client service. I'll definitely go back!

First Choice should be your ONLY choice! I highly recommend these guys to ANYONE! Always professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly they take extra care to make sure the parts being replaced really NEED to be replaced! You never have to worry about them taking advantage of you wife, daughter, sister or friend; you can rely on their honesty and integrity; you will never be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done simply because they think ‘she’ does not know any better. These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice. Lastly, their customer service is A+! It’s all about even the smallest of details like the warm & welcoming family-like atmosphere and caring owners/staff that are willing to go that extra mile... I was once in a pinch and these guys picked me up and dropped me off which helped make a bad situation (a broken vehicle) a bit more bearable. Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Knowledgeable mechanic , courteous service, and very reasonable priced, there price was 35% cheaper than , Midas, Meineke , and Firestone .If you have a problem with your car that's the place to go . Bill

Job engine oil and anti freeze seal leaking inside engine. Resulation rebuild engine. My car had been at sams auto for over two months and all I know is that they keep re placing parts with no end in site. I have given up on the though on getting this car repaired. I would like to know what are my options. At uthis point.

Came here with my classic Mercedes. It had a hole in the exhaust system. They were all ready for my 830 appointment. The manager was kind enough to point out where the hole in the exhaust pipe was and welded in a new pipe. It solved the problem. Everything went very timely, promptly & efficiently. Job well done. I highly recommend the place.
