Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

When i left Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center it looked like new. They took the time to do it right. And the finished product shows that extra TLC they provide. I recommend them to my family and friends.
