Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire.
