I went to the Coatesville carwash today,06/06/15 and was shocked at the behavior of the employees including the Supervisor. Instead of taking care of the cars as they came off of the line, they were arguing about who got to do my vehicle and the amount of money In the tip box. Another customer and I watched the whole process in amazement. The tip amounted to five dollars a person and we both felt like their behavior did not reflect well on the business. I have been going to this car wash for over 11 years and the main reason I keep going back is because of one employee, Lyndsey, he has been there a long time a knows what customer service really is. The other people that work there are clueless. They are to busy being obnoxious and self centered. Lots of talk, very little action. I will have to decide whether I will go back or change carwashes completely. Can't understand their thought process, if they did their job as hard as they argue, their tips would most likely increase.

They wanted to take an ICE SCRAPER to the PAINT of my car to try to get off a glob of bird poo. Yes, this was BEFORE they tried a little extra elbow grease with the clearing cloth. Additionally, the ENTIRE front of the car looks untouched -- the grill is still FILTHY. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I didn't bother to ask for another pass through the wash, due to the ice scraper incident. I have absolutely no confidence they'd do any better the second time, and i feared they'd actually do damage the second time.

I enjoyed the car wash. It is not expensive. I found it quick and easy. No hassle. You pull up, it is automated paying for it, but someone is there to guide you and the car through the car wash. I would go when it is not busy so there is no wait for the vacuum. there is a ten minute limit but I think that it can cause problems if people take too long. I do not think anyone is monitoring who is using it.
