They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

Now three months later I took my car to the dealership for my regular routine maintenance and mentioned that a few months back I was told the tires probably needed to be replaced. They called me to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about because the tires are fine in fact they are at 50% now and would have been even better a few months back! THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T NEED TO!
