Anywhere from Soaps, waxes, compounds, tire shine, degreasers, clear, paints, fillers, sand papers, accessories. This is the only place I use and trust for car products.
I went to the Coatesville carwash today,06/06/15 and was shocked at th... read more I went to the Coatesville carwash today,06/06/15 and was shocked at the behavior of the employees including the Supervisor. Instead of taking care of the cars as they came off of the line, they were arguing about who got to do my vehicle and the amount of money In the tip box. Another customer and I watched the whole process in amazement. The tip amounted to five dollars a person and we both felt like their behavior did not reflect well on the business. I have been going to this car wash for over 11 years and the main reason I keep going back is because of one employee, Lyndsey, he has been there a long time a knows what customer service really is. The other people that work there are clueless. They are to busy being obnoxious and self centered. Lots of talk, very little action. I will have to decide whether I will go back or change carwashes completely. Can't understand their thought process, if they did their job as hard as they argue, their tips would most likely increase.
My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The... read more My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.
