He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

I went in for an a solenoid problem and they completely dismantled my transmission, without authorization. The manager, Charles Stevens, tried to bully me into paying between $2100-$2700 to put it back together. I practically had to go to my bank and then one he referred me to to try and get a loan for that amount, even threatened to put my car in storage. Finally got them to put the transmission back together for $512.88, although Charles said he was originally going to charge me $700. Within 5 miles of the shop, my transmission was slipping so severely (I had NO previous issues of slipping) that I had to have my car towed home, per my mechanic's instructions, to avoid burning up the clutch. Now, my car won't even turn over. But legal recourse is in position and I will have my day in court. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

This is the Worst Service I have ever seen ...Do Not Let Them Touch Your Vehicle ...I bought the Coupon for 3 oil changes and tire rotation so I made an appointment when I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were going to put a pair of Vise Grips on my Hood support rod to hold the hood up which would have Scared the rod and Worst Bent the Hood Hinges on my Classic IROC Convertible , Thank God I Caught them before they put their Extreme Stupidity in action ... I had to supply them with a Hood support and the oil that I use in all my Vehicle because they only use low quality oil. I asked them to rotate the tires and the owner mumbled something about that I didn't need it , I think he was being Lazy and he wasn't happy that I was using a coupon... Well he won in the end because I will never go back there again and neither should YOU ... If you do have to go there because you bought a coupon , #1 Keep an Eye on Them at all Times ...#2 make sure you bring your own oil ...#3 bring an old 5 quart container to put your old oil in to take with you because they Charge Garbage Fee of $5.00 to dispose of your oil which they actually sell to oil recyclers making money on both ends...You can drop the oil off at any oil change place for Free #4 Have them put there Low quality oil in the container that you brought with after they put your oil into your Vehicle, "You can use it in other machines"... #5 Just Don't Do It ...It's Not Worth It ...

These people are nasty and uncooperative. I asked for a receipt to be faxed or mailed and I was told "I'M NOT FAXING ANYTHING!' and they hung up on me. Save yourself a hassle and use somebody else.

I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! They took my money and provided no service! They were supposed to replace a head gasket, steering pump, and gear box seals....all they did was take my money, thermostat, and put sealent leak stuff in my radiator! Do not trust them!

I was looking for an auto repair shop that I could trust would NOT treat me like a stupid woman and jack up the prices. Women and the elderly get a sticker of "sucker" put on their forehead when they arrive to Firestone, Goodyear, Tire Kingdom and the likes. I got a referral from a AAA driver who said they would take their own car to Jake's if they didn't do their own service at home. I was assured Jake's only performed service that was actually needed and did not try to sell you extras. I liked that. I took my car in and while waiting a few minutes in the office, a gentleman came in to pick up his car. An Elderly gentleman. He told me that Tire Kingdom told him he needed a new serpentine belt but the gentleman wasn't so sure so he took it to Jake's for a 2nd opinion. The mechanic at Jake's determined there was nothing wrong whatsoever with the serpentine belt and charged him $0! This confirmed Jake's is what I was looking for!! Now to me... I have an old car with very low miles. Jake's found my problem quickly and a few others which I expected. I hadn't taken the car in for quite a while other than oil changes, tires and such. One repair would correct my "noise". One was a major safety issue so I didn't lose my wheel one day driving down the road! Two could be done at a later date but they wanted them to be on my radar. I wasn't sure I could afford the two major issues at the same time but Jake found discounts or specials or coupons or something and lowered the price by enough where I could afford to do both! I was so relieved and thankful to have found such a good, honest establishment. I was introduced to most of the mechanics while I waited to be driven home when I left the car and everyone from the young woman working the office, to the mechanics, to Drew and to Jake. Everyone was so nice, caring, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Jake's to everyone especially the elderly and women!!

I went just to a diagnostic AC they tell me will be a cost for 50 dollar I did acepte but the supposed fix my Ac with out my concert . No communication they just bill me for $ 283 I feel my self force to paid . I did paid . When I got home my AC is not working . I went back to request a refund and the owner Armando very aggressive just said he only will refund $10 dólares . Is not a honest person . They take advantage of the situation and charge the amount of money with not fixing the problem. I do not recommend this place.
