As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. I have used A&J before, each time the service is amazing. They are fair, very fair, fast, friendly, it is hard to find service like this. After my most recent experience, I amight leaving my mechanic of over 6 years and moving everything to A&J. I typically deal with Alex, he knows his cars, especially those hard to work on German cars, I highly recommend all of the mechanics at this location. 4x customer, zero problems

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! The owner of the entire place is a big guy called Joe. He sells cars there too. Sold us a car with a bad engine. The mechanics there kept reassuring us the car was in great condition when it wasn't. Not even 48 hours after we bought the car the engine blew! Joe the owner basically said it was a personal sale and not he's problem. The police officer that arrived to file a report said it wasn't the first time he had visited the business for similar issues. Don't trust this place for anything! There all plain out crooks!!
