The techs are pretty approachable when they're not deep into a job, but they bust their butta getting the job done, so don't be put off if they're not ready to shoot the breeze. I took Minivan in there to have A/C compressor replaced along w/ fan belt, Evaporator, Dryer, and have system recharged. They charged me $920.00 and not only didn't fix the problem, but broke my actuator for recirc door and refused to replace it. They obfuscated, talked in circles and would not and did not stand behind their work. In fact, they tried to charge another $1k dollars to get the A/C in working order. After they fleeced me and stole my money I learned that A/C Compressor Kits are available for about $150 dollars for this vehicle (and all vehicles) and my labor to install this was $250.00 Our family now has A/C in the van for the 1st time since Ice Cold Air couldn't do the work of replacing an A/C compressor kit.

Mike McCoy did a great job repairing my vehicle after I stuck an object on the interstate while passing through Ocala. McCoy's was recommended by my insurance company and all of the reviews were positive. Now I know why. Mike was thorough and explained everything he was doing for the repair and the cost was reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell and, although I had not planned on having my brakes repaired during my unexpected visit, Mike took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. John the owner is a great mechanic, he can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your car. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. This automotive repair shop is one of the best I have ever been to out of all the country. If you want the job done right and fixed for a great price bring your car in for its next repair. I went to buy a set of new wheels from these people and they just ignored me. Obviously didn't want the sale for $4,000 - Weird!
