Jeremy had replaced an alternater on my daughters car a few yrs ago so I knew he did good work and was very professional and reliable!!! I needed my ignition switch repaired and he was very efficient and trustworthy. Would highly recommend his services and would definately use him again should I ever need auto repair work done in the future.

I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Very good news indeed. My SUV no longer makes noise and it runs great. His work also comes with a 12 month guarantee and I am extremely pleased to have found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor.

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. These people are a rip off & excessive liars! They said my dad's car would be done in 3-4 days. It wasn't even completed in 3 weeks! We then preceded to just get the car. Incomplete or not. Well we were charged the full price plus an extra $400 that they just suddenly came up with. Don't make verbal agreements!!! These people are a complete joke and they're quick to call the police when they know they're in the wrong. Even the owner is full of BS! I saw this first hand. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. BE AWARE!
