INCOMPLETE install
These people are a rip off & excessive liars! They said my dad's car would be done in 3-4 days. It wasn't even completed in 3 weeks! We then preceded to just get the car. Incomplete or not. Well we were charged the full price plus an extra $400 that they just suddenly came up with. Don't make verbal agreements!!! These people are a complete joke and they're quick to call the police when they know they're in the wrong. Even the owner is full of BS! I saw this first hand. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. BE AWARE!

Worst Customer Service
My amp was supposed to be sent in for repair, August 1, 2014. I called end of August, they told me its still in for repair. Left the country, came back end of November, they told me a bunch of stories about repair people are on strick and what not. They where going to call me back. They never once called me back, I have called around 20-25 times within 2 months.Nov/Dec. Come to find out the Amp was still on there shelf.. Guys at the front desk are useless and liars. STAY AWAY FROM POWER AUDIO!

Simple Install
Everything I had done at this shop was sub standard. Admittedly I did very little research before I went in. These guys put in some speakers, stereo and alarm. The alarm needed to be replaced in less than two week and still does not work right. My power door locks have not worked right since these guys worked on my van. Two of the speakers they installed had to be replaced right after that. The unit he sold me isbad. I've since looked it up and the product review are terrible. I paid good money and feel I was sold sub standard crap to pad their wallets. AVOID THIS SHOP and don't be as hasty as I was

To much to list! always great work.
Jason And his Team provide 'world-class service' with attention to detail, 'outside of the box thinking' and don't be surprised if you get more than you asked for. Power Audio went above and beyond for me over the past 8 years and I'm truly a satisfied customer. Their main focus is on customizing cars/bikes/trucks/etc., but my job required just sound system and a alarm no job too small, no job too big for these guys. I Have been using power audio since 2005 they have Customized about 6 high end vehicles for me from my bagged fully custom Ford f-350 on 24"s to a BMW 745li. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs Custom work, period.
