I have been purchasing gas from this location for over 10 years. Today at approximately 10:30 a.m. I went to get gasoline and use the automatic carwash. I paid for my gas outside at the pump and also thought I purchased the "Works" carwash however; it did not indicate the sale on my receipt. The gas pump stated "see Cashier". I currently have a broken foot with a cast up to my knee and I had my 7 pound Maltese Dog with me in my car and did not want anyone to break a window and take her so I brought her in with me. I hobbled into the Cashier (black/female) with my Maltese on my arm and she yelled "You need to get that dog out of here" in front of all the other customers!!!! I told her I just wanted to get the receipt for my carwash. She said just go around and put your debitcard in the carwash scanner and just purchase your wash from there. She didn't even offer to correct the problem at all. I hobbled back to my car...drove around to the carwash and of course the scanner was not working to purchase a carwash. I am a A.V.P., Sales and Service Manager at a large Commercial Bank in South Florida and if any of my staff talked to clients like the Cashier spoke to me they definitely would not have a job!!! She was sooooo unprofessional and rude!!!! I will NEVER get my gas from this gas station in the future and will be sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this incident....:(

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! Words cannot express my gratitude to these men, THANK YOU Hoti Imports!!

I agree with this review. It is sad to see what happened when this was taken over. I avoid this place now. I also had a very bad experience here. Older people should avoid this gas sation. I think it is not foreigenrs but older people they seem to hate.Maybe older women. And yet they are doing business in Florida. Its possible the man behind the counter is not the owne. You'd think an owner would know how to do business. It is also more expensive than most gas stations at this present time.

Consumer beware! I took my vehicle in for a car wash on 10/14. They didn't retract the mirrors and my driver side mirror was cracked. I brought it to the attention of the Carwash manager (Mr. Cruz) who claimed no responsibility. He said that I was responsible for retracting the mirrors because customers had complained about manually retracting them. He pointed to a disclaimer that is posted "after" you drop off the car and if you aren't using the side door you would never see it. I'll be advising the Better Business Bureau of this facility
