I was stranded on the side of the road and they saved me a tow fee when they came and put a new alternator on. I checked prices around and they were in line with the shops, but they came to me. What a wonderful service.

Rick has been super helpful with my older high mileage Subaru. He always shares options and communicates effectively the importance of the repair, so I can decide if I can wait for ot not. 4 no shows, 4 no calls/calls hours later. I even let him pick a date and time that worked best for him after the first 3 missed appointments. He STILL didn t show up. He called me 6+ hours later and was incredibly argumentative and accused me of being a bull**** Groupon customer and asked me why I wouldn t pay full price. It seems like his Groupon and LivingSocial campaigns were too much for him to handle, which is fine. It still doesn t explain the no show today since he picked the time. I was informed he has big time contracts around town so he didn t need to worry about one customer. Maybe us small time consumers should stay out of his way so he doesn t get any more stressed out. I purchased a window tint job for my 2006 Mustang, in June 2006 due to the fact that they offered a"lifetime guarantee" , as you can get window tint done most anywhere I went with Car & Truck Concepts based mainly because of the warranty. Well I recently developed severe bubbling on rear window (a safety hazard as you cannot see very well at night) and pealing on driver and passenger window, I called the shop, asking about the warranty, was told as long as I had the original receipt and invoice they would honor, so I collected the things I was told I needed, went to the shop, and Joe the tint guy was out of town, told to come back next week. So the next week rolled around and I went yet another time to get my "Lifetime Warrantied Tint job" fixed due to above mentioned, when I entered I spoke with "Joe", well low and behold, now I had to have a guarantee card, which I believe was never given to me as I had the invoice and receipt stapled together, I have every receipt and paperwork for oil change, brake, transmission, etc.. ...."ALL" car services in my glove box. But there was no "guarantee card" so I got the old "sorry Sir, we cant honor our LIFETIME GUARANTEE we promised you at purchase". I explained that I have every piece of paper for maint. work I have ever had done on the car, and you can see that the receipt is stapled to the invoice, so apparently your checkout person never gave me a "warranty card".........Sorry cant help you..........No attempt was made by "Jo Doughty" to take care of the customer, no intention of honoring his shops work.......PLEASE anyone out there, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR SERVICES, I even called and spoke once again trying to give them a chance to do the right thing, never returned call.. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT HONOR PROMISES....
