I had my car towed to Advance Auto because the starter died. They checked out the car and called me with a very reasonable price quote. When I picked my car up several hours later, the owner gave me the total, which was less than 1/2 the quoted price - he had checked out the starter, found that it had a short in it and repaired it for me,saving me the cost of the new part!! Additionally, they washed and vacuumed the car and scrubbed my ridiculously filthy wheels. They are cleaner than they've been since they were new!
