I HAD TO REPLACE THE SWAY BAR LINKS AND TIE RODS ON MY 2005 HONDA PILOT. I WENT SHOPPING AROUND AND FINALLY ENDED UP AT DAVE'S SHOP TO HAVE MY REPAIRS DONE. HIS FRIENDLY APPROACH AND COURTEOUS TECHS WERE VERY HELPFUL. MY BILL WAS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT HONDA QUOTED ME ON LABOR COST. WITHIN TWO HOURS I GOT BACK MY VEHICLE WITH 100% CUSTOMER SATIFICATION. Tire pressure light came on, so I took my car to the local Honda dealership. The dealership said a nail in both of my front tires was causing the tire pressure light to come on. They said one of the tires could be patched (for $25), but the other couldn't be patched & needed to be completely replaced (for $150). Not wanting to pay that much, I immediately took my car to this Royal One Tires shop, which was just 1/2 mile from the dealership. The nails turned out to be 2 tiny broken off screws; both of which were less than 1/2 inch long. Royal One removed the tiny screws & discovered that because they were so small, neither had punctured my tires. No air pressure whatsoever had come out of either tire, and both tires were perfectly fine. Nothing needed patching or replacing. They could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me & just offered to do the work for less. I would have probably been OK with that and had them do it. But they said they were more interested in earning someone's trust & hopefully getting a new steady customer, than they were in making a quick buck off someone dishonestly. I will be going back to them for all future tire needs. They now have a new, steady customer!

I was very happy with the service ,at first I was concerned to bring my car in. as a women you always think the worst that you are going to be taken advantage of .but this was not the case I was not sure of the noise coming from my car ,one shop told us it was are transmission so we took it to AAMCO I was greeted by roger one of the managers and he took my information and was offered a cup of coffee. he had told us that one of there certified technition will check are car and after 15 or so minutes we were told the noise we heard was are front brakes and that it was not are transmission. we were so happy that we did not have a huge cost of repairs ,thanks to roger and the honest way this automotive shop is run,they have made us a customer for life.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

Luis Alverio is very personable young man, I had passed the service center on my way to and from work, and was in need of car repair to my tired, old plymouth duster. Something was wrong with the start up, engine didn't turn over the way it should, but the dash battery was ok. Bought it to a service station(will remain ananymous) who informed me it would cost about $600.00 apparently they said I'd have to replace the battery, and starter. Of course with an estimate that high, got a second opinion. Story short, Luis gave me instructions, and with the aid of auto parts store across the street got a free battery diagnostic, and for the price of a new battery (98.00+tx) my car has been starting up fine. That was three months ago, recently brought it in for a windshield wiper bushing replacement, thougth the estimate was a bit high, but had it replaced...found out the total was right on. Talked to a customer while it was being attended to, and she gave praise to the honest, reliable, service. I am recommending my son go there for a window repair...I feel they will charge him a fair price.

Auto Lab is the only shop i trust, they do GREAT work with GREAT prices and they also take good care of my car (my baby!!!). My first visit to this shop and everything is clean and organized. Hector, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me my options to fix the problems. Just based off my experience and Hector's knowledge of Hondas and Acuras, I can definitely recommend Hondapro.

I have been using Chris to maintain my BMW for the past couple of years, and he has been nothing short of a blessing to me. Sometimes I feel like he cares more about my car than I do. I am not in favor of going to the dealership, I feel as though I am overcharged for subpar service there. Id much rather have a personal touch any day. Outside of saving me money on regular maintenance items he was also able to resolve a long standing problem that the dealership wasn't able to properly diagnose. I'm pretty sure the dealership guys didn't lose any sleep when I said I cant afford anymore diagnosis without a solution, but Chris didn't give up until he resolved my issue. So, in my book he gets a grade A..I don't pay for customer service, I pay for honesty and reliable car repair...if I want a smile and a cup of coffee I will gladly go to Starbucks! If I want my BMW fixed right I will go to Bavarian Automotive!

Chris is the best. My wife was stuck in Orlando while moving our son to school there from Destin. Truck was loaded with stuff and it wouldn't crank. Called Chris and he assured me he would handle it and treat us right. I work on a ship and was in port up north so he was in contact over the phone. He stored the truck overnight in the shop to keep our stuff from getting wet due to thunderstorms. He assessed the issue in the morning and found nothing wrong. Truck ran fine for a day. Next day it happened again. Brought it in again at no charge per Chris and still couldn't find an issue. Truck runs fine now. Must have been a particle lodged in the system I assume. Chris was courteous, honest and only charged us for one hour labor plus the usual tax. I would recommend his shop to anyone. He even called the next day to see that my wife made it home. What shop does that anymore? Thank you Chris!

I called Medic on Wheels because my car broke down on John Young Parkway and I was going to school. Mark the owner had my car towed somewhere that he could work on it and come to find out that my water pump in my car went out and he had back on the road that day. Mark took very good care of me and he made sure that he did not leave any grease on my car. He cleaned up after himself, and his prices are decent. He is not like all the other shops that charge you out the butt. I'm thankful that I found him and if I ever have another problem I'm going to Mark. DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE LGBT+. This mechanic has amazing reviews on google and I have used them in the past with great results. But now that I am using them as a trans woman I can see the way they treat the LGBT+ community. I went for an oil change and got the car back with the splash guard dragging on the ground. They said they’d fix and convinced me to use them for tires and a new rear mirror also. When got it back from that two weeks later. The splash guard had been just removed without replacement and the front splash guard was now dragging. I was charged hundreds more for the tires than quoted and they won’t give me an invoice just a generic receipt. The rear mirror was never touched and was never told for two weeks while they had the car that they couldn’t get the mirror for my car. So over a month I barely had a car, spent over $3,000 and now I am missing a splash guard and the other is broken. Rear mirror is still broken. Only positive is an oil change and nice tires that where probably way over priced. Used this mechanic for 2 cars over 3 years and they have been amazing and the reviews everywhere are amazing. But then I walked in the door at a trans woman and that all changed.

I heard about carlosmobilemechanic from a friend of mine I have issues with my engine that it was making a loud noise and a lot of people wants to charge me an arm and a leg to have it replaced and I came to Carlos and for a very affordable price he got me the engine and the labor and I haven't got any more issues regarding my car .thank you Carlos I will recommend him to anybody

This shop was unable to fix my car from a failed alternator in the day I had it in for repair. Not only were they incapable of finishing the job they suggested substantial amounts of other work to be done, with the recommendation that it was necessary. They wanted to replace a fuse that was "very involved to get to" requiring 4 hours of labor costing upwards of $900. They are looking to rip you off. Don't trust Aaron specifically, he was looking to steal from potential customers.

I don't even know where to start. OMG. I don't even know how these people are still in business if they are ripping people off like that or maybe it just happened to me because I am a female and they fully took advantage of me. Long story short, They charged me $700 to inspect my transmission because of a slipping problem with my 2000 Honda Accord (about 60,000 mileages). I figured that it should not cost anymore than $2000 because the dealership quoted the same job for my car for $2440. It turned out that I was so wrong. they asked me $2800. At that point I had no choice or else I would’ve been out of $700 just to take my car to another shop. After I argued that the price was too high, they had agreed to take only $270 off. Finally, I picked up the car late last Friday (4/5/2013), and one thing I’ve noticed on the receipt was the fact that they have charged me $1600 for Labor alone. Anyway, while I was driving home, I smelled and noticed smoke coming out from the hood of the car. I called them the next day(Saturday) to report the problem and they told me to bring it back by Monday. I failed to drive the car around that week end since I didn't want it to stuck with me. Late Monday after work, I dropped the car off and they claimed that it was too hot to check out. Tuesday 4/9/2013, I called them and they told me that the thermostat along with some seals were all messed up and there was no coolant in the radiator, and it would charge me $470 to fix it. Call me stupid but first of my car never had overheating problems before I dropped it off to ScamCo and second, I had service done on the car by Pepboys a week prior to dropping it off at ShameCo. You don't think Pepboys would've indicated that my car did not have any coolant or was overheated? Lastly, Why are you charging me $470 for a thermostat($25-$30) and some Seals ($2.85-$5/each)? As if ripping me off on the transmission's job wasn't enough. Anyways, I just dropped the car off to a nearby Firestone shop and

Sears Auto Center Florida Mall Orlando LOST MY CAR REMOTE AND HOUSE KEYS from my keychain. Then the tire they mounted went FLAT within 36 hours, had to have it TOWED BACK TO SEARS. Per manager Chris, Sears Auto policy is that they do not check tire pressure before customer leaves if customer does not buy Sears tires! *INSPECT YOU VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING AND EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE SERVICE YOU NEED, THEY MAY TRY TO CUT CORNERS* I brought my sons' car in for a four wheel alignment and they did not adjust camber or caster into specification. Jaime the Service Representative told me the numbers were within specification and after I presented him with the factory specifications which were from 1 to 2 degrees out of specification, he had the technician talk to me and the technician made other excuses, like the car was lowered and there was no more available adjustment. Since I already knew the car was at factory ride height and I could see there was plenty of adjustment left in the cams (two of which had no marks and the serrations were illegible with dirt) I decided to take the car to Irish Mikes at the first available opportunity (I did not drive the car during this period) and they were able to set all of the specifications Camber; caster; and toe; both front and rear to factory specifications with no issues, In addition to this, when I got the vehicle home ( I drove straight home with no stops less than 5 miles) I noted major damage to the passenger side door and immediately called Action Gator (elapsed time between signing the credit card form, discussing why the alignment was not to factory specifications and calling the shop was 18 minutes) and then I brought the vehicle back to them to see. Note: When I initially picked up the vehicle they had it parked illegally in a NO PARKING ZONE (which is more than likely where the damage occurred). After several conversations with Jim Dardini, Action Gator refused to accept any liability for the damage since the vehicle left the premises before it was reported. Throughout the whole ordeal the staff was not cooperative and defensive, they made me feel like I was the bad guy. Action Gator did end up refunding my payment for the alignment, but would not apologize or admit they did it wrong, I do have the alignment printout to show they released the car out of specifications and the one from Irish Mikes showing that there were no issues with the car preventing a proper alignment and showing the car aligned to factory specifications. IF YOU NEED SERVICE ON YOUR CAR I RECOMMEND IRISH MIKES ON FORSYTH, they are honest and have integrity. IF YOU NEED TIRES GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE NEXT DOOR, they also are honest and have integrity. TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE, ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE PRIOR TO AND AFTER MAINTENANCE BEFORE ACCEPTING IT AND SIGNING THE INVOICE AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
