Simply fantastic shop! I took my 2007 Lexus LS460 to Sloans for a few items of upkeep. After a complete inspection, they found a couple other items that needed attention. They not only took the time to explain the items but sent over pics to show what they were talking about. Highly recommended and definitely a 5 star shop!

I arrived for my appointment a little early and it was no problem. I was given an estimated time as to when my car would be done. The car service was completed within the estimated time. I had a chance to make coffee using the Keurig in the waiting area, which was by the front desk. Very happy with Sloan's Automotive. I will be taking my car back for future services.

While waiting for my service, I overheard explain to another client what was wrong with her vehicle. And going over what needed to be done and what can take a wait and see approach. The wait and see were a little more expensive, but did not need to be done currently, and that they can continue to check when she comes in for her next Oil Change. It is so refreshing to hear a Business that is not into Forcing or scaring a client to get work done, just to make money. They are looking at the options for different clients, and I appreciate that!

Lube Job
When I pulled in they looked super busy, and I was unsure. I knew it had been way overdue to get an oil change. However a Gentleman named Kenny said he would be more than glad to look at my probe. It's my pride and joy. I knew it was in good hands as Kenny looked it over and he said it would be no problem to work it in. 30 minutes later I was out the door satisfied!

They worked quickly and expertly to find the source of a noise. Found it and then quickly moved to replace the defective part which caused it. I got a full explanation of the issue, what needed to be done and a cost estimate. The necessary work was done quickly and well. The vehicle was ready when promised. I highly recommend Sloan’s for any and all automotive problems.
