They took there time paying for repairs and as a result the shop held my wife's car generally for ransom. I learned legally they can't do that and the payment issue was between the shop and the insurance company. Luckily I had a paid rental car so I wasn't pressed. Still I'm disabled and the stress exasperated my illness. Now , the initial repair also was substandard as the bumper popped out when I pushed on it and the hatch sheet metal collapsed in from damage. These two things were serious problems and I had to leave car for another week to repair correctly. However, the final end result was solid. The paint was spot on and the car looks great. 3 stars is generous.

He has now completed the 2nd major engine out service on my Ferrari 355, the first in 2008 and recent one in 2015. The most recent service included huge changes including radiator replacements, suspension and shock work, engine tear down to replace and test everything (injectors, leakdowns etc). Frank takes his time and misses nothing. Anything that comes up while in the process gets a phone call and a decision is jointly made before he proceeds. He takes his time and is a true adviser, never pushing for additional work always advising and showing, reviewing and making decisions based on time and cost and availability. He is honest in his assessments and happy to review risk/rewards. His pricing is fair and he has never taken advantage. He treats all his customers with respect and not as another wallet to be taken advantage of. He truely loves the cars he is working on. He will happily take time for phone calls and "dumb owner" questions and happy to meet with you any time of the day to just shoot the breeze. Nobody will ever work on my Ferrari's other than Frank in the future.

After trying to change it myself I wasn't able to bend enough to see where the jack went and was just about to give up.Thank God Oldsmar automotive was right there. Justin came to my rescue and helped me change my tire and then offered to order a new one for me. Had I had the money I would have, but the fact that he helped me get back on the road restored my faith in humanity. Yes there are still good people out there willing to help someone stranded. It says a lot for what kind of people work at Oldsmar automotive and you should check them out.
