I brought my S-10 blazer in that you folks had repaired the AC before. It still was not blowing correctly. You said that it would cost me $800 just to diagnose the problem I took it to another AC place and it was just vacuum hoses that were disconnected and they charge me 60 you tried to rip me off and this isn’t the first time. Apparently this is happened with you because I had them review other things that you did and they were not fixed. I am contacting a lawyer and the BBB.

Excellent service. The AC stopped working on our BMW on the drive down from Va. coincidentally we drove by Tropical Auto Air and saw people working and drove in to see if they could help. The mechanic immediately checked and fixed the AC even though they were not really open. As we were desperate, they could have gauged us, but charged a very fair price - $45!

Brought Chevy Astro van in on April 6th after having another shop install an electric fuel pump. Upon leaving the other shop the vehicle stalled a number of times creating a very dangerous traffic situation. The van did need a fuel pump but after the other shop completed the work the problems really started only after leaving and going a few blocks. I had managed to pull over and call them (at 4:45pm) and was told they could do nothing but told me of Walt's. Being only a few blocks from the shop I managed to get the van there where I was told they would check it out the next day. They contacted me prior to closing at 12:00pm and said it was more serious than first thought. After a series of tests etc. it was deter- mined I had not only a computer problem but injector and alternator issues. Long story short, they fixed everything and got the vehicle back better than new and even made an "adjustment" on my bill to offset the time it took to get it right. This company, Big B's Automotive (Brian Shwenning) WILL RIP YOU OFF. I was completely conned by this "so called mechanic". Almost six months ago I had a car towed to him that he said he could fix "no problem". He needed money for parts, so like an idiot, I gave him 260.$ Then he disappeared for almost three months, I went to where he works during the day to see if I could find him there. I was told he was MIA and their phone was ringing off the hook with other people who were in the same situation as myself. When he finally contacted me, he told me someone had died, so he had to go out of town. I felt bad, and understood (I now think that was crap). My car was at his friends house because he needed help with it, and according to Brian, the other mechanic needed more money or he wouldn't work on it anymore. Again like an idiot, I gave him another 260.$ He kept telling me he couldn't find parts, so I started going to junk yards getting the parts, and driving them to him. Brian NEVER returns,or, answers calls. His phone is either broken, he cant call at that moment, his hands are dirty, etc etc etc, I have numerous texts with lame excuses. I copied a few of his actual texts on here for you to see (I forwarded them to my email, and copied and pasted them on here, that is why they are from T mobile). I bought and brought him another part going on four weeks ago, I have been trying to call him everyday since. No surprise he has not called, or answered once. I have since tracked down the car and talked to the gentleman who actually had been working on it. I do believe the other mechanic is a very nice, honest man, and he has done work on it, but, doesn't have much time to do so, and to no surprise, BRIAN HAS NOT GIVEN HIM ANY MONEY!!!!! The car is still not running, and when I texted Brian to tell him I needed to get the car back running or not, and that he knew six months ago, I bought the car with one mortgage payment, and gave him another mortg

Put calibers on brakes on my car they forgot to put bolt on. drive 1 mile car starts stopping as I putting on gas grinding car had to be towed back to garage you know their answer everybody makes mistakes not one that I almost killed by you try being on A1A during bike week with a car that appears to be driving then just stops starts braking and falling off. At 71 years old I have never been so scared. I never want to deal with a mechanic that says mistakes happen on that part of a car. I can not tell you how many people by their smart driving were saved and all they can say is everyone makes mistakes!! Then they had the nerve to tell me when I picked up car the first time they test drove it that was a lie they won't have gotten more than a mile. Imagine being in an aircraft and no bolts are put on the brakes well that was me in a car. Hey everybody makes mistakes even if it could kill you or others. Brakes still not right air sound ever time I step on them. Who knows what other damaged this caused. And I had a car that was never towed in excellent shape.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.
