The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. HARRY AT METRIX IN OCALA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! I had to pay "all German Motorworks" $260 only to tell me my repairs were going to be $3742.00. A great friend recommended Metrix, I explained my situation to Harry and he not only gave me a free estimate but only charged me $1710.00!!!! He is an AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HONEST, and thorough mechanic! THANKS AGAIN HARRY!!!!

I love these guys! Started going to Patrick's for oil changes, loved it so much I even sent my Mom and Dad with their vehicles. Mom went to a ladies' night they had about car maintenance, and she couldn't stop raving. She was really impressed with all the inspections the guys do during just a basic oil change. Great waiting room, clean bathroom, and awesome repairs! What more could a girl ask for? I would recommend anyone to go see Patrick's.
