WOW -- there just isn't a better or more fair mechanic on the planet. What a blessing Mark and his whole team has been to me and my son. We recently bought a classic Nissan Z and of course it came with some issues. Makr has been patiently working through the issues with the car as I find them -- quite honestly he and his team are thorough and get it right the first time everytime.

My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

I just had my A/C fixed at All Tune on Saturday. They were able to get it fixed the same day and the van was only brought in at noon. I would not have wanted to drive around in the Florida heat with leather seats and no A/C. Bob and his crew did an awesome job and charged me a fair price. They are very well known in the community and you will hear many great reports about them if you ask around.

Had CV joints replaced, car was quickly fixed and back on the road in only a few hours. Rates were very reasonable. Thank you Scott!

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. The Midas location on 4th Street North and East Bay Drive in Clearwater are franchise locations operated by Adam Ford. These 2 locations were great while they were managed by Midas Corporate offices headquarted in Illinois. We were customers there at the time. Then, all went downhill when they were turned over as franchise operations, managed by Adam Ford who brought his swindling business ethics from .... the other side of the pond. The 4th street shop replaced a clutch master cylinder in May 2013 on our Chevrolet. It failed 10,000 miles later in July 2014. Under the terms of the warranty, they replaced it free of charge, again with an "after-market" part and not original equipment. The part failed also 10,000 later in May 2015. Guess what? It failed again in May 2015. We contacted them for a THIRD resolution. Keep in mind, their incompetence is now dragging on for 2 years ....They kept the vehicle overnight and said they had flushed the hydraulic clutch system and so, it should be good ...But it's not good, the clutch pedal is unresponsive... . I think 2 years and 3 separate opportunities to diagnose and install reliable equipment is ample time to decide on a Auto Repair Shop's competence, honesty and business ethics, don't you? By the way, we have taken our chevrolet to 2 other shop for evaluation and they recommended to only install Chevrolet original clutch master cylinder because after market parts don't last. Hum.... seems no one at Midas could figure that out and suggest this .....
