Brake repair service near Glen Ridge, FL

brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them

I took my Pontiac grand am 2005 and Sammy, his mechanic and front desk staff was very helpful. The prices were very reasonable and I was pleased with the oil change and the change of break pads that they did. Thanks! I will definitely come back and I strongly reccommend it.

Best in the business. Excellent pricing and honest staff! I have been coming here for years and I wouldn't trust my car to another shop!

I want second opinion, and repair or used replacement

I took my car to 3 shops and my estimates for getting my a/c to work were $900.00 to $ 1300.00. and 2 days . I took it to ZIM expecting them to diagnose the problem and give me a price and when they came in to the waiting room 1/2 hour later my a/c was fixed and they charged me $37.50 and treated me like I was there best customer. I don't post many comments about places but do yourself a huge favor next time your car has a problem and go here first !! You wont be sorry and your pocket book will not be empty !! Very friendly but professional as well. (hard to find these days) Sincerely my only place to ever take my car from now on !! Thank you Zim Automotive, Don F. Deerfield Beach
