Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. These people are nasty and uncooperative. I asked for a receipt to be faxed or mailed and I was told "I'M NOT FAXING ANYTHING!' and they hung up on me. Save yourself a hassle and use somebody else.

They towed my motorcycle and sent a $540 bill for all types of bullsh*t towing fees. They towed it on the 28th of January, signed the bill on February 5th, mailed it February 6th (right before the weekend, when mail doesn't get processed), and then it came in on February 10th. I now have to pay $700 in fees for a motorcycle that was towed and for a bill that they sent out so late that I was bound to accumulate more charges. Furthermore, they advertise 24/7 service on Google, but that's only their office hours and management says they lack the ability to change it. They charge you $50 if you want someone to come down after hours. They wouldn't waive a single cent. This entity is nothing but a scam. I live paycheck to paycheck making $5 an hour. Do not trust them.

Nicest guys I've ever met. Took me in late in the day, diagnosed the problem with my F150 and even though I was at their mercy being from out of town and all, their charges were very reasonable. Thanks for a great job!

Dropped of my car at 10:00 AM. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. I waited 7 hours to have a hitch installed. I was told this would take 1-2 hours on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 3-4 hours. From a customer service-satisfaction standpoint, this was utterly rediculous. I was informed someone had car trouble and that was the reason they were understaffed. It amazed me that I arrived at 8 a.m. and there was a constant stream of individuals in and out of the facility. They chose to keep "me" waiting and help everyone else that walked through the door as opposed to me .. the person who had an appointment. Needless to say I plan on informing as many people as possbile about my experience. This ended up costing me over $500 more for relocation due to the fact I had to stay an additional night in Orlando. I have never repsponded on line to any service received in the past. This was so unacceptable on so many different levels I don't even know where to begin... customer service, lack of respect of my time and planning, poor judgement, incosideration of "any" customers time, poor appointment scheduling, failure to execute any completion time set forth and the list continues. I move every couple of months due to work and I will pay double before I ever use the UHaul facility on Orange Blossom again.
