My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

It is so unfortunate that usually the people that write reviews are the ones that had one bad experience or clashed with a sales rep. Now when they have a good experience they don't take the time to write about it. I have been to other Firestone location numerous times and have yet to have a problem. Like any place you go to where there are sales involved, the sales people are always going to try to push you a bit.....it's obvious! However, every single time I have been here, the guys have been super nice. There's no BS and they are very curteous. They take the time to explain everything in detail and even show you exactly why you need what you need. I have a Toyota Camry and took it to the dealer for my regular maintenance because it's free with them. The dealer recommended around $700 worth of maintenance. So I decided to go for a second opinion and went to my local Firestone. When I got there, Johnny, the store manager, assisted me, along with David. I told them I wanted an inspection to see what they would recommend. I was a little apprehensive after reading the previous review thinking I was going to get a laundry list of things. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what my car needed. All my fluids were up to date and all they recommended was a tire rotation and an alignment. They mentioned a few things to keep in mind for a future visit but told me I was in no hurry. They basically saved me $600 of expenses on worthless repairs that were not needed for my car yet. And best of all, I was only in there for about 40 minutes, including the estimate and what was done to my car. They even suggested that next time I make an appointment if I was in a rush. So, as a woman I love this place! Knowing that they take the time to show me why my car needs something is great. Great service! Highly recommend!

Robert and I discussed a coil over solution for my car and he was very upfront and honest -- right down to the price before I even made the decision to purchase. The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. Don't listen to the negative reviews, I just got my vehicle fixed by them, My nissan could not run better. They listen to you and they know how important your car is. These guys deserve recognition, My nissan is now fixed and I can finally drive to work safely. Best and most trustworthy mechanics in South Florida.

Not sure about the other reviews but I need to say that I have been a repeat customer for over 30 years and there is no other mechanic I trust more than Mr Audie and his wife keeps the business running smoothly. I bring all my cars here and so does my family and friends for many years

Mr.Mitch made a great job with his team to repair my old Nissan Sentra and showed the skill of personal Management repaired perfectly , mechanic Henry did quality and fast work. Thanks a lot!

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

This limousine company was supposed to pick up my daughter and her friends to take them to there prom. This company failed to pick them up never called never showed. I called them for over 1 hr before someone finally picked up. There story changed every time you called. We paid them CASH money and refused to give my 17yrd old daughter and her friends back there money. This company has such bad review with the BBB 14 complaints rated F. look up this company on YELP and Limousine rental.com. They need to be stopped

Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recommended replacement of the compressor. Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

Disorganized they use aftermarket cheapest parts available,theythey damage other parts, they operate under a certified mechanics license who is never there. They are stickly parts changers there diagnosis or trouble shooting will cost you a return trip or more. On a return trip the owner will always tell you that whatever your car model is suffers from this problem always. If your car is clean it will never be returned in the same condition. Also he will always try to get you to pay cash to avoid taxes but that means no reciept and he will tell you its in the computer system,good luck..
