went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"

Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. This Midas location is less than 5 minutes from my house so I always use them. Not just for the convienience, but for the guys that run it, and the excellent service they provide. They remember my name, my car, and my wife. One day I dropped my car off to be serviced and was waiting for my wife to get out of work to pick me up. One of the mechanics shift was over so he offered to run me up the street to my house. They remember what service you got last time you were in and ask you how its been working out for you. They are very honest and straight forward. If you need something done you didn't know about they will let you know and give you an estimate, as well as a timeline for which you should have it done. These guys are very nice and they work fast. Midas is not the little oil change chain I thought it was. Its an actual garage, with many services available for a great value.

Be careful with these guys, I brought my car to them with a overheating problem and they managed to get the car to not even start anymore. I even told them all it needed was a fan(which it still does). I was told my computer was bad so I would not be able to drive it without replacing it, with the excuse they were able to wire up my ignition to the battery to get it to start and "fix" the overheating issue. At the end of the day I spent over $500 dollars and had to tow my broken car away. Over the weekend I was able to fix this issue within 15 mins and get my car running by fixing the shorted wires on the computer they exposed and turning the key.... They had my car all week racking up hours for there so called "labor" and half ass repairs, will never go here again.

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!
