I always take my car to this family owned business. Mark and Cheryl take such good care of me and my car. How many times do you go to a mechanic to get 'checked out' and they say 'everything looks good. You don't need anything but the oil change.' These are people you can trust. Robyn H. Tampa, FL

Ronnie is the most rudest, inconsiderate and uncaring person I've met. He has no respect for people nor for people’s property. On 7/2/2014, my car arrived at Toy House, 7/3 Ronnie calls, said car needed a computer & coil connector, I okayed the work. 7/7, Ronnie calls said car is smoking & needs motor oil & filter changed, I okayed it. On 7/8 Ronnie calls again to tell me that my car was parked idling and it caught on fire. I was in shock! I asked him; How did my car catch on fire? He replied; "I'm not GOD, I don't know". My car was totaled and that's all he had to say. They've refused to take any responsibility for what happened at their shop. They wouldn't even release my car until I paid $250.00 for labor and that's after they took the part they had installed out of my car. According to Charles & Ronnie, they were taking a loss. Imagine that! They've totaled my car and THEY"RE taking a loss! And if that wasn't bad enough, after I paid the $250 they called a tow truck the next day and had my car impounded. I had to pay $175.00 to get my car out. Ronnie & Charles Hampton have no ethics, integrity, respect or morals. Their rating is ZERO (0).

Only 1 star because I can't give none. I'm am 15+ year mechanic, and I needed some tires (that I already had) mounted on my wife's car. I would do it but I don't happen to have that equipment sitting around in my garage. I called in advance and was told $13.99 to mount & balance each tire. It was made clear that this was the total "out-the-door price (incl. tax, etc.) I drove down the next day and was greeted by the on-duty manager. After ringing up a bill for only 2 tires the price was more than double for each. I played along and asked why. He said that I had a TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) and required an extra $20 per tire. I said I dont have TPMS, and he said "Yes you do, clearly you dont know anything about cars." I laughed in his face and drove 1/2 mile to the Tuffy Auto Care up the street, where the price was exactly what they quoted. Tire Kingdom? Crooks. Always have been. Always will be.
