Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

I put in an appointment request after closing hours last night, and they had the part ordered and ready for me to have installed today! I showed up, they got me right in, and turned my car around in less than 30 minutes! They were all very nice, knowledgable, and very skilled in their craft! I'd recommend them any day!

My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Thru out the whole process they were very caring and now my car drives better then it did before.

Wonderful service

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron! European cars are my passion therefore I am meticulous about my car. It took me over a year to find my Audi A6 4.2 quattro and I have up until this point done the work on my own car. I currently am working at a car dealership and have witnessed the absurd prices that “stealerships” charge for the most basic repairs and parts. The people at Davie Motors really are European Specialists. They let me store my car in the garage for almost 2 months! The fans for my car cost 1200 dollars I ordered salvaged fans and they turned out not to work. Davie Motors ended up being able to fix the brushes on my old fans so i wouldn't have to buy new ones thus saving me 1200 dollars. About a week later a hose blew on my power steering and Skip fixed it for free. I have taken used cars from the dealership here and referred multiple people. DAVIE MOTORS MAKES OWNING EUROPEAN CARS WORTH IT! This place is the best I wouldn't go anywhere else! REPAIRS COMPLETED: radiator, a/c condenser, a/c compressor, crankshaft seals, valve cover gaskets, radiator fan, auxiliary belt ECU update, transmission update, motor mount, not to mention radiator fluid, power steering fluid, oil change (Liqui Moly). Then they charged the whole system plus a vacuum test and dye-test.

She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. Our car got hit in a Publix shopping center by someone who admitted they were in a hurry. She said it was not her fault that she hit our car even though we were already pulling out before she came flying through. Contacted the insurance company who advised us it will probably be better for us to get quotes as our deductible will probably be the same for the amount of the repair. In addition, it isn't worth it to fight to get this woman to pay the cost. We ended up with two quotes and was trying to find a place on 15th Street that was recommended to us, but ended up at Ace-Tech Auto repairs instead. Richard was very caring and had the car pulled around to the back side to check out the dent. He was able to heat out the dent we didn't have to leave the car for two or three days as the others told us we would have to do. It was such a wonderful surprise to have someone who wasn't going to charge a high extravagant fee to have the dent removed. (much lower than our other quotes). We highly recommend this repair shop who cares about the customers.

Worst Repair ever! He is a theif. Broke same day, does not return calls, says he will come, does not. Beware. Guess thats why they only take cash

This company hires subs to come do their work and doesn't pay them! Good Luck using this company, very unprofessional. They are very fraudulent.
