The techs are pretty approachable when they're not deep into a job, but they bust their butta getting the job done, so don't be put off if they're not ready to shoot the breeze. I am 54 years young, and I don't think I've ever had such great service from an auto repair shop! They recommended a wrecker service that came right out to get us and at a great price, and Dan-Ds did my repairs quickly, putting aside what he was working on at the time to get us back on the road. Shady, Their version of a coolant flush is just draining the old coolant out and refilling with new. An actual coolant flush is hooking the fluid exchange machine up and evacuating the old coolant from the system and then adding a chemical to circulate and clean the system and then add new coolant. Do not charge customers for something that you aren't doing. When checking rotors you use a micrometer to measure the thickness against the discard specs, using eyeball judgement does not accomplish this. There are many other mishaps by this company, these are only a couple. Buyer beware
