I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice now. They do a superb job at repairing damages. However, I've come to discover that they left a mess behind on the inside of my vehicle. When I picked my car up from the shop, I found several smudges of what appeared to be oil or some other kind of thick, sticky fluid left behind on my driver door panel. I also noticed a tiny piece from my gear console had not been put back into place. The big issue is that the day I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my phone mount had been removed from it's position on my windshield, and was missing altogether. I called and spoke to the front office and was told that I'd be contacted back. A handful of hours later, they took no responsibility for the missing item based on pictures of the car taken before repairs and word of mouth from the person in charge of repairs. Nothing else to it. Make sure you remove all personal items from your vehicle before having it serviced at Rachel's.

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Amazing, High Quality Service!!! My wife got a Mini Cooper for Christmas. 3 weeks later she bumped into a wall and damaged the front end. She was devasted and upset. We had heard that the best place in Lake Wales for high quality service was Bryans. Absolutely right. Kenny gave us the estimate within 15 minutes and let us know the repairs could be completed within a few days. They gave her a ride home. We were very pleased when he called the next day said the car was ready. The repairs were perfect and back to brand new. They cleaned the entire car when finished. It cost less than expected. The shop and office are impressive and professional. We can't praise them enough.
