He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Will definitely bring the car back here for service. Friendly knowledgeable and fair price.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

Great People with a great staff the owner is fair with her prices and they do great work, I would not trust anyone else with my Mercedes or any of my other cars to do any mechanic work or alignments, Ive recomemded all my family and friends and co-workers here and they have always treated them well. Ive been a loyal customer for over four years now and will be as long as they are in town!!!

He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

This is the Worst Service I have ever seen ...Do Not Let Them Touch Your Vehicle ...I bought the Coupon for 3 oil changes and tire rotation so I made an appointment when I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were going to put a pair of Vise Grips on my Hood support rod to hold the hood up which would have Scared the rod and Worst Bent the Hood Hinges on my Classic IROC Convertible , Thank God I Caught them before they put their Extreme Stupidity in action ... I had to supply them with a Hood support and the oil that I use in all my Vehicle because they only use low quality oil. I asked them to rotate the tires and the owner mumbled something about that I didn't need it , I think he was being Lazy and he wasn't happy that I was using a coupon... Well he won in the end because I will never go back there again and neither should YOU ... If you do have to go there because you bought a coupon , #1 Keep an Eye on Them at all Times ...#2 make sure you bring your own oil ...#3 bring an old 5 quart container to put your old oil in to take with you because they Charge Garbage Fee of $5.00 to dispose of your oil which they actually sell to oil recyclers making money on both ends...You can drop the oil off at any oil change place for Free #4 Have them put there Low quality oil in the container that you brought with after they put your oil into your Vehicle, "You can use it in other machines"... #5 Just Don't Do It ...It's Not Worth It ...

UPDATE I WON IN COURT STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS i took my car in for 2 tires alignment a outer tie rod and a motor mount they ordered the tires did the alignment had to bring back for mount and tires mount called for 1.5 hours after 2 days got car back damaged they racked they car wrong and crushed in the finder to were it was rubbing hood called zach he stated bring up for him to look at so i did he stated let him put on rack and he would try and straightn it i said no need fixed right he said get estimate so he could give to owner so i did then called after not hearing nothing from them they gave me the owners # and was told to call him so i did he staed he then had to see the car also when he looked at car after well over a week to get with him he states it was old i had it at the cadillac dealer the day before they worked on it and now he is refusing to pay for the repairs and is making me take him to court also had another car worked on for tires and aligment which i have had to take to another place

Tire pressure light came on, so I took my car to the local Honda dealership. The dealership said a nail in both of my front tires was causing the tire pressure light to come on. They said one of the tires could be patched (for $25), but the other couldn't be patched & needed to be completely replaced (for $150). Not wanting to pay that much, I immediately took my car to this Royal One Tires shop, which was just 1/2 mile from the dealership. The nails turned out to be 2 tiny broken off screws; both of which were less than 1/2 inch long. Royal One removed the tiny screws & discovered that because they were so small, neither had punctured my tires. No air pressure whatsoever had come out of either tire, and both tires were perfectly fine. Nothing needed patching or replacing. They could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me & just offered to do the work for less. I would have probably been OK with that and had them do it. But they said they were more interested in earning someone's trust & hopefully getting a new steady customer, than they were in making a quick buck off someone dishonestly. I will be going back to them for all future tire needs. They now have a new, steady customer!

Chris is the best. My wife was stuck in Orlando while moving our son to school there from Destin. Truck was loaded with stuff and it wouldn't crank. Called Chris and he assured me he would handle it and treat us right. I work on a ship and was in port up north so he was in contact over the phone. He stored the truck overnight in the shop to keep our stuff from getting wet due to thunderstorms. He assessed the issue in the morning and found nothing wrong. Truck ran fine for a day. Next day it happened again. Brought it in again at no charge per Chris and still couldn't find an issue. Truck runs fine now. Must have been a particle lodged in the system I assume. Chris was courteous, honest and only charged us for one hour labor plus the usual tax. I would recommend his shop to anyone. He even called the next day to see that my wife made it home. What shop does that anymore? Thank you Chris!

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

My first visit to this shop and everything is clean and organized. Hector, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me my options to fix the problems. Just based off my experience and Hector's knowledge of Hondas and Acuras, I can definitely recommend Hondapro.

DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE LGBT+. This mechanic has amazing reviews on google and I have used them in the past with great results. But now that I am using them as a trans woman I can see the way they treat the LGBT+ community. I went for an oil change and got the car back with the splash guard dragging on the ground. They said they’d fix and convinced me to use them for tires and a new rear mirror also. When got it back from that two weeks later. The splash guard had been just removed without replacement and the front splash guard was now dragging. I was charged hundreds more for the tires than quoted and they won’t give me an invoice just a generic receipt. The rear mirror was never touched and was never told for two weeks while they had the car that they couldn’t get the mirror for my car. So over a month I barely had a car, spent over $3,000 and now I am missing a splash guard and the other is broken. Rear mirror is still broken. Only positive is an oil change and nice tires that where probably way over priced. Used this mechanic for 2 cars over 3 years and they have been amazing and the reviews everywhere are amazing. But then I walked in the door at a trans woman and that all changed.

This shop was unable to fix my car from a failed alternator in the day I had it in for repair. Not only were they incapable of finishing the job they suggested substantial amounts of other work to be done, with the recommendation that it was necessary. They wanted to replace a fuse that was "very involved to get to" requiring 4 hours of labor costing upwards of $900. They are looking to rip you off. Don't trust Aaron specifically, he was looking to steal from potential customers.

Sears Auto Center Florida Mall Orlando LOST MY CAR REMOTE AND HOUSE KEYS from my keychain. Then the tire they mounted went FLAT within 36 hours, had to have it TOWED BACK TO SEARS. Per manager Chris, Sears Auto policy is that they do not check tire pressure before customer leaves if customer does not buy Sears tires!
