Horrible cusomer care! I am a forigner also and have no problem with accents. It is the rudeness and unsanitary physical appearance of the owner that bothers me. If you want to be yelled and have your car trashed this is the perfect place for you. After 2 weeks of nothing but smoking inside of my car I had to take the car to another shop. He did not charged me but on my way out he yelled one more time. I know what is wrong and fix it for $900. Once I got home I noticed a bunch of missing screws and panels not put back the right way and some bucher job on wiring. What a horrible way to run a business!

I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. I broke down on the road, Scott the Manager towed my car in for free. The experience was very Stress Free... The Cost was great with and with the 10% discount was even better. And they checked my engine and topped all fluids for FREE! I have a motor home on a Ford chassis that had an intermittent ignition problem that no one could diagnose for nearly a year. Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. These people are a rip off & excessive liars! They said my dad's car would be done in 3-4 days. It wasn't even completed in 3 weeks! We then preceded to just get the car. Incomplete or not. Well we were charged the full price plus an extra $400 that they just suddenly came up with. Don't make verbal agreements!!! These people are a complete joke and they're quick to call the police when they know they're in the wrong. Even the owner is full of BS! I saw this first hand. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. BE AWARE!
