If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.

American lube has the most efficient and helpful staff! Only place we take our vehicles to! They are very fast and don't pressure u to buy things u don't need.

They towed my motorcycle and sent a $540 bill for all types of bullsh*t towing fees. They towed it on the 28th of January, signed the bill on February 5th, mailed it February 6th (right before the weekend, when mail doesn't get processed), and then it came in on February 10th. I now have to pay $700 in fees for a motorcycle that was towed and for a bill that they sent out so late that I was bound to accumulate more charges. Furthermore, they advertise 24/7 service on Google, but that's only their office hours and management says they lack the ability to change it. They charge you $50 if you want someone to come down after hours. They wouldn't waive a single cent. This entity is nothing but a scam. I live paycheck to paycheck making $5 an hour. Do not trust them.

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I was referred by a random customer of theirs - I took my car there because I needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Nah took the time and thoroughly went through my vehicle to make sure that there were no other issues. He even came up on his day off to check out an unrelated issue a few days later. He and his staff have been so professional and kind. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is a blessing when you can find a honest mechanic who is not just trying to sell you something --- he truly cares and only wants to make sure what is wrong is fixed. Thank you all soooooooooooooooooo much! I truly appreciate your kindness.

Good day, I stopped at the Brandon Olin Mott location on 8.11.2018 at about 9:05 AM for an oil change and an auto inspection. When approaching the front, I was met by an employee who identified himself as ‘Neil’. The manager. He didn’t greet me with a hello but instead, asked – What do you want? I explained that I was in need of an oil change on our 2016 Ford Focus and could leave the car if need be. He quickly explained that he closed at 12:00 PM. He stated that he was way too busy to do an oil change and suggested several other oil change places near the Brandon Olin Mott store. These included Goodyear, Pep Boys, America’s oil change, Firestone and 5-minute oil. I was astonished that not only did he not want to help us – He rattled off 5 competitors. I even restated that I could leave the car if need be. I asked if Olin Mott had so much business that he could / would turn me away? He became agitated, raised his voice and re-stated – “I said I don’t have time to do an oil change – Do you understand”. He stepped rather close to me and I actually felt threatened by him. I asked him to back-off which he didn’t do, so I backed up and retreated to my car. I can’t understand why Olin Mott would even employ such an on-the-edge individual. Do you have so much business that you send customers to the competitors? Rest assured, and thanks to Neil, I will never go to an Olin Mott store again. I did go to one of your competitors that day, Firestone where I was greeted with a smile and had my oil change / car inspection done in about 30 minutes. Have a good Day – Tony Drucker of Brandon, FL
