When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast!
