This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced.
