This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. Being new to the South Florida area I wasn’t sure where I should take my Audi to have it worked on. I came across Foreign Affairs when I was searching online and it looked like a promising shop. I wasn’t mistaken, as soon as I waked in the door I was amazed by the professional set up of the shop and the professionalism of its staff. They were more then happy to talk me through everything and even gave me a tour of the shop! By far the cleanest and most organized shop I have been too. He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and sadly this is my last time coming. The staff is great, super friendly and attentive. The owner on the other hand, is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat long time customers. Spoke to me aggressively on the phone and even hung up on my face when explaining an issue I was having after visiting the body shop for an oil change. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
