I PLACED MY ORDER AND GOT THE SPRINGS IN 3 DAYS BRAND NEW $75.00 EACH + ($56.00 SHIPPING) W/BUSHINGS ALREADY TO GO. THAT WAS A GOOD LESSON FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS. They might provide a great product with great service, but I never got that far due to poor phone etiquette. I spoke with Darryl about replacing a top and being my first convertible had a lot of questions. First few minutes were fine, but he was very distracted dealing with other things while on the phone with me where I asked him if we should talk later. He said no. I asked him a few more questions about his business and he got offended as if I was questioning his ability (which I was not)... then I asked him if he could just answer my questions as I wanted to be comfortable with his shop. I thought businesses were supposed to earn business and customer trust by answering questions...does he think I was going to just show up and give him the keys without asking questions? What happened to the "customer" always being right? Or what happened to just being courteous on the phone? Maybe Darryl's business is doing so good (hope he is in this economy) that he can afford to lose one customer and people I WOULD HAVE recommended to him because he was too arrogant when I clearly don't know anything about convertibles and just wanted information about the product and his company. Maybe Darryl was just having a bad day and took it out on me... just cost you $1500 Darryl. Have a nice Thanksgiving!

Customer stated, tinting window 35% windshield and 20% 2 front windows would offer a dark no see-through from outside to inside car. It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.

TERRIBLE JOB AND WONT FIX THEIR MISTAKE. They replaced the windshield glass on my Mercedes and did a very poor job. There is a wind noise and the molding does not fit. I had an independent dealer inspect my car and they provided me with documentation that there are are obvious faults in the installation of the glass and molding. Despite 3rd party documentation of their faulty work, Bobbi, the manager refuse to fix the problem. They send one man out to do the work of what should be a 2-man job and the glass does not sit right. My beautiful car is now left with a persistent with noise after their poor repair job. A very untrustworthy company. With hundreds of glass companies out there I can’t imagine they would last long providing such derelict in quality service.
