I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

Very good body work - no sign any work was ever done. Paint matched perfectly. Price did not exceed original estimate. Work was done for much less than I was quoted at two other local body shops. Work was finished when promised. We will certainly use JCR in the future and have recommended them to our family and friends.

Great people, great work. Julio is the only one I let work on my truck except in the most desperate situations. He's worked on my truck for years and will continue to as long as I have it.

I am new to the Orlando area and staying with good friends, my boss decided to back into my car( purely accidental) I think...he recommended that I use Rudy's ... Back in 2008 I brought my Toyota Camry in for repair and paint job, At a cost of $2,400.... At that time they told me all work was guaranteed. After the 5th year the paint started to fade and peel....I brought the car back. Now they are telling me. They only guarantee work that goes though Insurance company's...You pay almost $2,500 in cash and they say only guaranteed if used though insurance....That makes no sence....Something very fishy here....Beware of this establishment...

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE !!! Paint flaking off bumper and they said "that's not our problem call your insurance if you have a problem." Worst boy shop I've ever seen!!! and even worse was customer service!!!
