Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn,... read more Broke off the oil filler cap on my vehicle (it's a push-down-and-turn, like a medicine bottle; they clearly just wrenched it off, tool marks were obvious). Refused to replace it, claiming it just broke spontaneously. Wanted me to pay them to order one from another state, and wait a week for it to come in. I bought a new one at an auto parts store the same day, for half of what they wanted to charge me for the privilege of having them break it. They took no responsibility, and offered nothing to make it right. AVOID.
took my vehicle in for alignment service and get a tire, the vehicle h... read more took my vehicle in for alignment service and get a tire, the vehicle had no other problems. after the alignment the mechanic took it for a test drive and then came back and told me that the rack and pinion had broken when he tried to do a u-turn. The manager was then rude, wanted me to pay for it, charged me RETAIL for the parts. He accused me of scamming his company when I wanted him to pay for his mechanics error. I wold avoid this place at all costs, he would hang up on me when I called to discuss the issue. He is NOT a goodyear service center, so goodyear cant help. Goodyear advised him to pay for the total replacement shich he refused to do. Find a reputable place to go, this one will rip you off.
