Owner of Auto Sleuth purchased used/reconditioned auto parts and has c... read more Owner of Auto Sleuth purchased used/reconditioned auto parts and has claimed parts are defective after returning for a refund. This guy swapped out his original defective parts and placed them inside the item purchased then returned his old parts for a refund. All of my reconditioned parts are cleaned, repaired and have special markings to identify. Inside parts were dirty with no special markings and evidence of tampering. A man and his repair shop that can not be trusted, how dishonest can you be as you are a disgrace to the auto repair service industry.

Ive taken my car there for years, on multiple occassions I compared their prices to other mechanics and they were always much lower. One time when I coukdnt afford a new muffler I needed very badly, they fixed it basically for free. Ive had so many great experiences there I cant even list them all. I reccommend everyone I know to go here.

I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !
