I have all my work done at Orange Lake Garage. The people are friendly, professional and prompt. All my work has been taken care of as estimated and within the time promised. I have been taking my ehicles to Orange Lake for years and have never had a complaint. If you use them for maintenance such as oil changes they also completelt check your vehicle over and let you know if there is anything you need to have done. Unlike other garages, they do not suggest work you don't need or pressure you to do anything. I trust them completely with my vahicles and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Bill is an honest mechanic at reasonable rates. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Brought my car in because, firstly I had a small oil leak and because the car kept dying on me. It is an Audi A4 Turbo, 14 years old. Austin did all kinds of test trying also to save me money before changing the Cat, becauwe he initially thought it was the Catalytic Converter. WWell after working at least four hours on the car, changing a few things here and there, which were not fixing the problem, he determined I did in fact need a new Cat. Took five days to get the part..it is an Audi...anyway, my car now runs like a well oiled machine. Austin did many test runs while figuring out the problem with new codes popping up here and there. He offered to gas the car up for me, which I declined. He did not try to take advantage of me being a woman. For the first four hours of work which did not solve the problem, he offered to only charge me for one hour but I told him that we should split the hours. Another place probably would have charged me the full four hours. My husband is taking his car to Austin. I highly recommend this mechanic at Rainbow Muffler. Michelle Swanlund, Largo FL

They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

When my local discount auto parts store was unable to install their replacement battery in my 2012 Focus, when I asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation they recommended Brothers, touting their honesty, fairness and comoetency. Such a reasonable charge and quick service, I honestly gave them a tip! Just week's later, faced with the 2009Ford Flex AC not working and bizarre behavior before a trip to see family. I was able to find a 3rd party part I suspected was the likely culprit. Ford would have marked it up and it likely would have cost me 2 to 3 times as much. I got the part overnight and to Brothers by noon. By closing time it was fixed and ready for pick up. Read the reviews on Google, I just did. And liked most of them. Any less than stellar review was rare and in my opinion unwarranted. Brothers is aptly named. Although they could easily be called Friends or Family, as it was a joy meeting 3 generations of family. Owner. Son and 6 year okd grandson., I found out just before leaving.

To Ashley Butler of 410 S.Dale Maybry ICE COLD AIR discount auto repair shop. I would just like to say how well she runs her bussiness and cares about her customers. I had a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder with a blown motor so I purchased one from a company that sells used motors and had Ice Cold Air do the installation,The can very goord for a month and then a feantw minnor problems occ likelyured, like an antifreeze leak which Ice Cold Air attemped to fix each time I had the car brought back. Then I had an oil leak which was most likely coming from the rear main seal which meant dropping the transmission which is a big job. So the reason I am writting this retraction is because I bad mouth her shop about not fixing the leaks when the car was brought back which ICE COLD AIR did every time the car was brought back and the oil leak I can ubderstand 10 hours of labor which the manager said if it's the rear main seal he would reimburst me for the labor. When my x-wife brought the car back to ICA cause she saw oil and antifreeze kind of leaking together and the manager tells her she needs to leave the car or it might cause more problems, you leave the car and not say I can't cause I need itthen;s your on your own if something like over heating occures and the motor seizes then it's notthe fault of the repair shop it's your fault. See I didn't know my X bruoght the car back for that problem and she was afraid to call and tell me this or my son and le Coldet my son drive 40 miles the next day I would of told her to leave the car right there and this never would of happened. To Ashley Butler I'm sorry I wrote the thing's I did about Ice Cold Air and only can say that Ashley Butler of ICE COLD AIR at 410 S.Dale Maybry runs a trust worthly repair shop and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go there for any type of repair work and I hope this can be posted for bad mouthing your bussiness for not knowing the facts. CONSUMER BEWARE!! On 7/17/23 I took my car in for AC repair, rear suspension, transmission & brake fluid exchange. Although Roger, the owner, agreed to perform the work for a set price. after most of the way done he refused to complete the work without additional payment because he under estimated the cost. Once I informed him I was unwilling to pay any additional money and I expected him to honor the agreement he would not return my vehicle after a week of excuses. My GPS tracking was disconnected after logged in 2:28 am driving. I called the Sheriff’s office to help retrieve my vehicle. I then went straight to the dealer who verified the work they charged me for(radiator replacement) was not the issue with the AC and was unnecessary. The replacement of the rear suspension airbags were installed wrong and damaged. They removed all my engine cover fasteners, removed my community I’d tag from my windshield and left my car filthy. CONSUMER BEWARE!!

I owned an auto repair shop in O'Fallon Missouri for 28 years. Over the years, I've purchased several cylinder heads from Clearwater and have never had a problem. The cylinder heads I received looked like new heads, not reconditioned. I'm now the Automotive Program Director for Vatterott College in St. Charles, Mo. In fact, I'm about to call them for a price on a head for a 2005 Jeep Liberty.

I called to have a tire patched and they told me it was FREE as a good customer service thing to do. It would get them more future business they said. I took the vehicle in and instantly told it was not repairable. This is a $250 tire. I knew it was an easy fix but they just want to sell tires. I took it to just tires on Clearwater Largo Rd and they fixed it for $20 and it will last the lifetime of the tire. It only took them 12 minutes to fix. This is my second bad experience with Goodyear. I will never use or suggest anyone goes there, especially the franchise one on Belcher and East Bay Drive.
